Refund policy
All products and services provided by Just Charting are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
Due to the intangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You waive any right to refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed
- You understand that digital content cannot be returned
- You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision
No Refund Circumstances Include (But Not Limited To):
- Dissatisfaction with content
- Lack of results or profitability
- Misunderstanding of product scope
- Failure to review product details before purchase
Authorized Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted if:
- A duplicate charge has occurred
- A transaction error is verified
- The product was not delivered due to a system failure
All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact constitutes a violation of this agreement.
We reserve the right to:
- Revoke all access to purchased materials
- Deny future service
- Submit evidence to dispute the chargeback
Limitation of Liability
Just Charting shall not be held liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our educational content.
Binding Agreement
By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
